Did you know you can build a business while working for someone else?
ENTREPRENEUR VS INTRAPRENUER
*INCOMING ALERT*
Coming through to discuss a topic our generation often overlooks in the name of getting the bag, not wanting to be told what to do, take pictures on the beach to flex on the gram—no shade 🥴…
ENTREPRENEURSHIP VS INTRAPRENEURSHIP and many of us fall intra. Let’s break it down because I can sense the question mark of what is intrapreneurship and what is the difference?
Entrepreneurship: An entrepreneur is an individual who creates a new business, bearing most of the risks and enjoying most of the rewards. The process of setting up a business is known as entrepreneurship. The entrepreneur is commonly seen as an innovator, a source of new ideas, goods, services, and business/or procedures. Intrapreneurship is the system wherein the principles of entrepreneurship are practiced within the boundaries of a firm. An intrapreneur is a person who takes on the responsibility to innovate new ideas, products, and processes or any new invention within the organization (entreprenuership.com)
