I Thank GOD Spoken-Word
I had the privilege to open up this resurrection Sunday service at my church with a spoken-word piece.
It's been a wild month of being asked to prepare, coming down with a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder the day I was asked to do so, and navigating the pain.
I don't believe in coincidences, nor will I say this wasn't spiritual...
If anything, I am learning to see God In the midst of struggle.
Pain requires you to be present.
As someone who desires to know what is next, and lives in the future, my only choice was to depend on God and remain present.
I thank God, that even when I can't see tomorrow, he's already there. He just wants us to focus on today. #keepgoing
